High School Application Forms

The IFNA Education program provides off-reserve supports for students who ordinarily live on reserve that wish to attend high school. At this time, there are no funding supports for students who do not ordinarily live on reserve. It is encouraged to seek support from Jordans Principles for those that do not qualify for funding through IFNA due to Indigenous Service Canada Agreements for on reserve supports.

These supports include:

  • Liaising with other organizations
  • Planning student engagement and retention activities;
    • Educational Partnership Program (EPP) where IFNA consults with students, their families, communities and schools to develop and implement activities designed to provide supports that improve student retention and success rate (funding provided by Nishnawbe Aski Nation).
  •  Application to participate in the IFNA SSSP program (full form required)
  • Application for providing Boarding Home services to the IFNA SSSP program
